When will I get my order?
Design typically takes at least 10 working days, production 40–50 days, shipping time varies by destination (e.g., 20–45 days by sea). In total, it takes 3 months from design to goods arrive, contact us on time if you try to catch an urgent date.
How can I pay?
IFunPark accept bank wire transfers (T/T) and L/C, bank infomation would be attached with proforma invoice when order is ready. A 30% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping.
How do I pick up my order?
DDP term: Door-to-door delivery—IFunPark take care of everything. CIF term: We ship to your port; your broker manages clearance and final delivery. You may also use your own shipping agent, we’ll assist with coordination.
About customization
IFunPark offer free 2D and 3D design customization for projects under 1,500 sqm! Just send us your floor plan, requirements, and budget—we’ll tailor the design and revise it until you're satisfied.
When will I get the quote?
We’ll assess the cost and let you know after we finish the design. As the final design is settled, you’ll get a detailed quote within 1–3 working days.
