Installation Service
Considering that some of the projects are complex and requires extra assistance, IFunPark offer addictional installation service.
Our professional technicians can travel to your location to assist with installation and train local staff to supevise proper setup. The cost for this service includes flight tickets, accommodation, meals offered by your side, and a daily salary of $150. If you have enough budget, appoint us for the technician arrangement.
If your playzone area is < 150sqm, it's quite simple to finish on your own.
I don’t have experience in installation, is it difficult to do?
Don’t worry! Our installation process is designed to be user-friendly and straight-forward, wth these resources, you can rest assured that the installation will be manageable. If you meet any difficult part that don’t understand, message in the group, we’ll guide you til problem is fixed.
How long will it takes to finish the installation?
The installation time depends on the size, complexity of the design, and the number of workers involved. For instance, a moderate 200 sqm design with a team of 4 workers may take approximately two weeks to complete. Please consult us with your specific project, we will analyze the details to provide an accurate time estimate.
There’s timelag between China and our country, Will the technician reply our message on time?
One of IFunPark’s enterpise culture, is to be dedicated for our customers’ need. Our technician will reply you as soon as possible once they see your message in 24h, despite the time difference or out of work-time. Beside decription, please attach the pictures or videos to show your confusing part, so technician can get your answer effectively.
